FireSide is hiring! There are 2 seasonal positions available in our call center. Candidates will be responsible for handling incoming calls at a high volume.

Main responsibilities:
Resolving customer issues
Entering new customer information into an internal billing and external scheduling system.

Must have excellent typing and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS office suite.

Candidates must be detail oriented, self-motivated with a willingness to learn and respond quickly to challenges.

Bachelors degree and/or utility industry knowledge preferred.
